Abstract

В статье приводится анализ изменения структуры конечной цены за 1996 2008 гг на основе первичной документации предприятий и данных органов федеральной службы государственной статистики. Проводится сравнение изменений по статьям затрат калькуляции, рассмотрение причин изменения структуры затрат, раскрывается роль налогообложения в формировании цены конечной продукции. Отмечается возросшая роль сетей розничной торговли в обеспечении доступности молочных продуктов питания.
