Abstract

В статье на базе исследований, проведенных на промышленных предприятиях и в некоторых других организациях, оценивается ряд факторов, определяющих формирование стилей управления. Даются некоторые рекомендации кадровым службам в части подбора руководителей с учетом особенностей объектов управления.
