Распределение Рисков Инвестиционных Проектов Между Участниками Государственно-Частного Партнерства В России

Abstract

Особенность управления рисками инвестиционных проектов государственно-частного партнерства обусловлена необходимостью распределения данных рисков между участниками партнерства. Главным принципом распределения является способность партнера наиболее эффективно закрыть данный риск. Выделяют следующие группы рисков реализации инвестиционных проектов: политические и правовые, технические, коммерческие, экономические, финансовые, валютные, инфляционные. Государственный партнер, как правило, несет ответственность за политические, правовые, валютные и инфляционные риски. Остальные риски распределяются между частными компаниями и страховыми организациями.
