Abstract

В статье раскрыты понятие и сущность финансового рынка с учетом значительных изменений и сдвигов в мировой экономике, происходящих в последние годы. Обоснованы принципы системного подхода к изучению, анализу и прогнозированию глобального финансового рынка. Представлены исторический анализ глобальных финансовых кризисов, роль участников и международных арбитров в перераспределении мирового влияния. Дана оценка положительных и отрицательных последствий глобализации финансового рынка в условиях новейших мировых кризисов. Намечены возможные сценарии функционирования посткризисного рынка капиталов. Сделан акцент на поиске новых подходов к экономическому регулированию, а также современных и эффективных методов финансово-экономического прогнозирования.
