Механизмы Привлечения Инвестиций В Инновационную Сферу: Государственно-Частные Партнерства

Abstract

Предметом данного исследования является государственно-частное партнерство (ГЧП) в научно-технологической сфере как финансовый механизм привлечения инвестиций в инновационную сферу. Данная проблема нова для России и поэтому пока не достаточно изучена. Целью работы является изучение достоинств ГЧП при решении задач научной политики и проблем, сдерживающих их развитие в инновационной сфере России. Методологической основой исследования явились методы системного анализа и синтеза, обобщения, группировки, аналогии, раскрывающие возможности изучения явлений в их развитии, взаимосвязи и взаимообусловленности. В результате проведенного исследования уточнено определение ГЧП, доказана необходимость формирования и развития государственно-частного партнерства в условиях становления инновационной экономики в России, рассмотрены факторы, сдерживающие его развитие, выявлены основные направления повышения эффективности партнерских отношений в России.
