Abstract

Предметом научного анализа являются социально-экономические отношения, складывающиеся в рамках науки как важнейшего института современного общества. Цель работы раскрыть основные миссии науки как института общества и основные проблемы развития российской науки: ее секвестрование, падение статуса, усиление коррупции, «утечка мозгов», которые, как зеркало, отражают противоречия российского общества. Методология проведения работы включала общенаучные методы исследования, междисциплинарный подход и методы институционального анализа. Результаты показали, что существующие противоречия российской науки, не получающие адекватного разрешения, не позволяют реализовать ее основные миссии. Данное исследование отражает направление дальнейшего научного поиска и формирования системы практических мер.
