Инновационная Экономика И Новая Экономика: Соотношение Процессов И Понятий

Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу соотношения категории «инновационная экономика» и современных теорий развития новой экономики, в частности таких направлений, как «креативная экономика», «информационная экономика», «экономика знаний». Особое внимание уделено выявлению семантических свойств рассматриваемых понятий и их различий. Оценка взаимосвязи указанных категорий проведена путем сравнительного анализа по трем выбранным критериям: генезису определений, основному экономическому ресурсу, источнику создания богатства. Проанализировано многообразие подходов к понятиям инновационной экономики, креативной экономики, информационной экономики и экономики знаний. В соответствии с предложенными критериями выявлено и систематизировано соотношение процессов развития новой экономики, дано заключение о наличии общих и гетерогенных свойств и процессов.
