Мотивационный Аспект Выбора Рационального Поведения

Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу причин поступков человека и раскрывает инструменты и методы управляющего воздействия на выбор рационального с точки зрения целей организации поведения. На основе системного подхода к исследованию проблемы определена роль и значение потребностей и мотивов как причины поступков и движущей силы деятельности человека. Обосновано, что сила мотива определяется степенью актуальности той или иной потребности для индивида. Сделан вывод, согласно которому направление действий становится для индивида приоритетным, если он считает возможное вознаграждение за определенные действия с соответствующими затратами на их реализацию достаточным для удовлетворения потребности.
