Самоорганизация Образовательной Системы В Вузе С Учетом Принципов Tqm

Abstract

В данной статье автор рассматривает систему менеджмента качества в вузе как обеспечивающую систему по четырем основным характеристикам: назначению, функции, потоку и структуре. Отсутствие понимания связи между вузом и средой может стать причиной построения систем, находящихся в конфликте со средой. Самоорганизация образовательной системы заключается в том, что в ней при любом воздействии, изменяющем относительное равновесие, разворачиваются процессы, направленные на сохранение этого равновесия.
