Abstract

В статье раскрываются теоретические основы политики формирования привлеченных ресурсов коммерче-ских банков. Обосновывается необходимость разработки политики по мобилизации внешних финансовых средств для структурных подразделений банка исходя из их роли в процессе реализации банковской политики на локальных рынках банковских услуг. Затронута проблема смены парадигмы банковского финансового менеджмента.
