Стратегическое Планирование Конкурентоспособности Продукции Промышленных Предприятий В России

Abstract

В статье проводится анализ модели формирования стратегического плана Гарвардской группы применительно к повышению конкурентоспособности продукции. Предложены эффективные способы, повышающие уровень конкурентоспособности продукции промышленных предприятий через механизм стратегического планирования. Выдвинутая стратегия повышения конкурентоспособности промышленных предприятий учитывает факторы внешней и внутренней среды предприятия, предполагая комплексный, жесткий системный анализ. Предложенная модель позволяет проектировать стратегию предприятия с учетом современных условий конкурентной среды промышленных предприятий в России и необходимости модернизации промышленного производства.
