Совершенствование Потребностей Как Фактор Развития Культурного Капитала Человека

Abstract

В статье проводится теоретический анализ взаимосвязи процессов совершенствования потребностей человека и развития культурного капитала тружеников. Доказывается, что при исследовании развития культурного капитала целесообразно учитывать взаимозависимость процессов его развития и направлений изменения доходов населения как источника потребительного саморазвития трудовых способностей населения. Обосновывается процесс роста доходов как важнейшая социально-экономическая предпосылка развития и саморазвития культурного капитала. Анализируются противоречия процесса развития культурного капитала населения России, необходимость обновления социальной образовательной политики и внедрения новых принципов управления ростом доходов трудоспособного населения.
