Генерирование Товарно-Рыночных Альтернатив При Разработке Товарной Стратегии Промышленного Предприятия

Abstract

Генерирование стратегических товарно-рыночных альтернатив становится необходимым компонентом формирования товарной стратегии промышленного предприятия, значительно повышающим его шансы добиться долгосрочного успеха на рынке. В результате проведенного исследования основных подходов к генерированию стратегических товарно-рыночных альтернатив представляется возможным утверждать, что необходимо проводить систематический и активный поиск привлекательных вариантов формирования высоколиквидных товарно-рыночных комбинаций посредством применения научно обоснованных методов и процессов, которые в совокупности призваны сделать процесс генерирования стратегических альтернатив более совершенным и эффективным.
