Институциональные Муляжи И Контринновационность Институтов В Современной Российской Инновационной Среде

Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются институты и процессы формирования национальной инновационной системы и выделяется роль институциональных муляжей и контринновационных институтов как деформирующих механизмов данного процесса. Анализируются особенности и проблемы реализации основных направлений стратегии формирования экономики, основанной на знаниях, в России на макро-, мезои микроуровнях с институциональной точки зрения. Данная статья резюмирует значимость использования институционального строительства путем выращивания институтов, которое способно минимизировать институциональный вакуум и сформировать в итоге инновационную среду, выступающую основой развития экономики, основанной на знаниях.
