Секьюритизация Активов Как Способ Корпоративногофинансирования

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам секьюритизации как одного из способов корпоративного финансирования. Цель статьи исследовать понятие секьюритизации, выявить основные признаки, отличающие данный механизм от иных способов финансирования. В статье предпринята попытка определить место секьюритизации в целом, секьюритизации активов и секьюритизации банковских активов в частности. Результаты, отраженные автором в статье, могут применяться руководителями корпораций, использующих фондовый рынок как источник финансирования, а также регулирующими органами, в том числе Центральным банком Россиии Федеральной службой по финансовым рынкам. Выводы, сделанные автором, указывают на необходимость более глубокого изучения процессов секьюритизации в связи со значительной ролью данных процессов в кризисных явлениях на глобальном финансовом рынке.
