Особенности Формирования Стратегий Безопасности России В Современных Условиях

Abstract

В статье раскрываются основные факторы, детерминирующие процесс формирования стратегий безопасности России по нейтрализации ее внутренних и внешних угроз. Посредством системного, сравнительного и институционального анализа выявляются объективные и субъективные компоненты стратегий безопасности, рассматривается их взаимосвязь и взаимовлияние. Демонстрируется, что в разработке стратегий безопасности помимо государства принимают активное участие бизнес и негосударственные некоммерческие организации посредством лоббирования своих корпоративных интересов в органах власти. Дается оценка степени влияния каждого фактора на процесс формирования стратегий безопасности России.
