Преодоление Противоречий Взаимодействия Между Тнк И Национальной Экономической Системой Принимающей Страны

Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию противоречий во взаимодействии транснациональных корпораций и национально-экономических систем в условиях глобализации мировой экономики. Приведены понятия противоречия и диалектического противоречия. Рассмотрены критерии возникновения противоречий и факторы, определяющие поведение субъектов. Найдены и рассмотрены пути разрешения противоречий. Составлена схема с подробной классификацией противоречий между транснациональными корпорациями и национально-экономическими системами. Выделены следующие виды противоречий: противоречия экономических интересов ТНК и принимающих стран; противоречия динамических изменений взаимодействия; организационно-экономические противоречия. Подробно рассмотрен пример из представленной автором схемы противоречия между направленностью денежных потоков ТНК и условиями их размещения на территории принимающих стран.
