Трудовой Потенциал Развития Городских Территорий

Abstract

В статье рассмотрено понятие трудового потенциала развития городских территорий и подходы к его изучению. Исследованы факторы воспроизводства трудового потенциала. Представлены результаты сценарного моделирования численности трудоспособного городского населения Саратовской области. Методика прогнозирования основана на использовании метода передвижки возрастов, в основе которого лежит уравнение демографического баланса. Обоснованы пессимистический, оптимистический и экстраполяционный сценарии, дополнительно выполнено моделирование влияния миграционного прироста на динамику населения трудоспособного возраста. Прогнозные оценки, основанные на сценарном моделировании, позволили провести анализ влияния мер государственной социально-демографической политики на динамику численности населения трудоспособного возраста, что необходимо учитывать при разработке мер регулирования регионального развития.
