Налоговое Регулирование Спроса На Страховом Рынке И Направления Его Активизации

Abstract

Эффективным инструментом государственного регулирования страхового рынка может выступать налоговое стимулирование спроса страхователей. Современный режим налогообложения страховых операций в России достаточно сложен, дифференцирован по видам страхования и категориям страхователей, но регулирующая функция в нем выражена слабо. В данной статье представлен анализ указанных недоработок и пути их устранения. Даны рекомендации по расширению системы налоговых льгот, что позволит повысить привлекательность договоров страхования.
