Abstract

В данной статье рассматривается эволюция системы управления строительным комплексом. Выявляется необходимость повышения экономической эффективности отраслевых структур, ставятся новые задачи перед территориальными хозяйствами. Они связаны с выбором конкурентоспособной модели региональной экономики, позволяющей максимально использовать существующий потенциал.
