Abstract

Важнейшей проблемой управления предприятиями является сохранение конкурентоспособности в условиях непрерывных изменений внешней среды. Особенно актуальна эта проблема для российских предприятий, которые вынуждены адаптироваться к быстрым и глубоким внешним переменам, что является необходимым условием эффективного управления современным предприятием. В данной статье описывается, как с помощью реинжиниринга управлять изменениями, возникающими в хозяйственной деятельности предприятия.
