Abstract

Одним из стратегических направлений развития информационнокоммуникационных технологий в политической сфере общества на сегодняшний день являются облачные технологии. Их все чаще берут за основу разрабатываемых систем электронного государственного управления. Имея бесспорно инновационный характер, облачные технологии тем не менее пока не обеспечивают, на наш взгляд, персональные данные и государственные информационные ресурсы необходимой комплексной защитой, не гарантируют бесперебойность и безопасность интерактивного режима взаимодействия власти и населения. Облачные технологии трансформируют программно-сетевые риски электронного государственного управления в политические риски. Раскрытию данного малоизученного явления и посвящена настоящая статья.
