Abstract

В статье рассматриваются методические основы формирования цен в жилищно-коммунальной сфере на современном этапе реформирования. Освещаются в комплексе вопросы структуры и порядка ценообразования в сфере обслуживания жилья, тарифной политики в коммунальной сфере. Общепринятые затратные принципы формирования цен на услуги ЖКХ подвергаются критике, автором предложены методические подходы к определению стоимости жилищных и коммунальных услуг.
