Механизм Привлечения Негосударственного Финансирования В Систему Общего Образования

Abstract

В статье раскрывается понятие государственно-частного партнерства как эффективной формы привлечениянегосударственного финансирования в систему общего образования России. На основе систематизации российского опыта выявлены характерные модели государственно-частных партнерств в общем образовании, в их развитие предложены новые формы взаимодействия, в частности комбинация ресурсов автономных учреждений иуправляющей компании, формирование фонда целевого капитала. Представлены приоритетные направления формирования и совершенствования форм взаимодействия власти и бизнеса в общем образовании.
