Сущность И Роль Интеграции В Рыночной Экономике

Abstract

В статье раскрывается сущность и роль интеграции. Начальному этапу интеграции соответствует кооперация. Развитие связей через их углубление, усиление, приобретение систематического характера реализуется в двух направлениях: как углубление кооперированных связей и как повышение уровня концентрации производства. Корпоративное управление определяет интеграцию как последующий этап развития диверсификации, концентрации, специализации и кооперации производств.
