Методика Оценки Ресурсного Потенциала Сельскохозяйственных Потребительских Кредитных Кооперативов

Abstract

В статье предлагается методика балльной оценки уровня и эффективности использования ресурсного потенциаласельскохозяйственных потребительских кредитных кооперативов (СПКК) с учетом его структуры и разработанной автором системы показателей при условии степени влияния каждого вида ресурсного потенциала на формирование и эффективность использования ресурсного потенциала в целом по СПКК. Данная методика основывается на классификации отдельных видов ресурсного потенциала СПКК: финансового, организационноуправленческого, кадрового, информационно-маркетингового и материально-имущественного. Подобную совокупную оценку можно использовать при выборе кооперативов для участия в государственных программах по развитию сельскохозяйственной кредитной кооперации и участия СПКК в финансировании малого и среднего бизнеса на селе.
