Формальные Институты Как Разновидность Опекаемых Благ

Abstract

Формальные институты анализируются как общественные блага, разновидность опекаемых благ. Методология исследования базируется на методологических подходах, присущих институционально-эволюционному направлению экономической науки. Проведен анализ институциональной системы, оценена эффективность формальных и неформальных институтов, раскрыта система мотивов и стимулов, формируемых государством посредством разработки формальных институтов и поддержания их эффективности на должном уровне. Практическая значимость состоит в использовании рекомендаций, предлагаемых автором при формировании государственной экономической политики в отношении институциональной среды; разработке мер государственного ограничения неформальных институтов, наносящих вред экономике и обществу; создании эффективного механизма формализации неформальных институтов.
