Abstract

Активно встраиваясь в международные рыночные процессы, отечественные промышленные предприятия совершенствуют инструменты своего управления для создания конкурентоспособных структур. Распространение одного из современных подходов в области бизнес-инжиниринга определяет риск-менеджмент как отправную точку выстраивания процессов работы компании. Адаптация метода анализа иерархий для проведения количественной оценки рисков повысит эффективность внедрения нового управленческого подхода, с учетом действующих ограничений по времени и исходных данных, что в свою очередь позволит обеспечить устойчивость функционирования предприятий в условиях неопределенности.
