Abstract

События, происходящие в экономике государства и общественно-экономической жизни страны, с объективной неизбежностью подтверждают актуальность возрастающей роли гармоничного сочетания интересов хозяйствующих субъектов и государства в области налоговых взаимоотношений. Так, на проходивших в январе текущего года форумах Общественной организации «Опора России» и Общероссийского национального фронта делегатами был предложен ряд инициатив по совершенствованию системы налогообложения, внесения изменений в нормативно-правовые акты Налогового Кодекса (НК) и закона по поддержке малого и среднего бизнеса. Оставляя за рамками данной статьи обсуждение конкретики предложенных инициатив (дальнейшее упрощение налогообложения, «Налоговые каникулы», нормы и нормативы по налогам и т. д.) в статье рассматриваются основные (по мнению авторов) проблемы, которые необходимо безотлагательно разрешать в настоящее время.
