Abstract

В статье рассмотрено значение оценки эффективности инвестиций в инновационные трудовые ресурсы, так как они выступают одним из главных факторов успешности инновационного развития региона. Основными результатами внедрения системы оценки эффективности инвестиций в трудовые ресурсы инновационного развития региона являются: возможность объективно планировать инвестиции в инновационные трудовые ресурсы; возможность определять приоритетные направления формирования и развития инновационных трудовых ресурсов; повышение уровня приверженности и мотивации персонала; возможность сделать прозрачными ожидания и стандарты.
