Abstract

В статье говорится о значимости корпоративной культуры как внутреннего механизма корпоративного управления для российских компаний в современных условиях. На примере информационной открытости отечественных компаний показано, что у многих из них наблюдается существенное отставание от лучшей практики корпоративного управления в вопросах внедрения заявленных ценностей. Предложены некоторые меры по развитию корпоративной культуры в этих компаниях.
