Abstract

В статье рассматриваются направления совершенствования организационно-экономического механизма для достижения основных стратегических целей, стоящих на сегодняшний день перед ракетно-космической отраслью. Авторы особое внимание уделяют вопросам повышения эффективности расходования бюджетных средств и получения более высокой отдачи от космической деятельности для народного хозяйства в целом. Предложены варианты оптимизации бюджетного процесса, рассмотрены принципы налогового стимулирования отрасли, а также возможности реализации механизмов государственно-частного партнерства.
