Взаимосвязь Инноваций И Знаний Стратегическое Условие Создания Эффективного Кластера

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблема создания эффективного кластера. Автор рассматривает знания как стратегический фактор научно-технического прогресса. Доступность знаний определяет реальную возможность быстрого их использования в реальном производстве. Утверждается, что любая фирма, которая занимается инновационными разработками, должна обладать специфической «базой знаний», что необходимо не только для разработки инноваций, но и для оценки потенциальных рынков сбыта. Подчеркивается, что способность воспринимать знания это не только способность и умение учиться, а также способность усваивать и использовать эти знания на практике. Утверждается, что формирование новых знаний и их свободный переток внутри кластера является одним из принципиальных факторов, которые необходимы для перехода кластера на инновационную модель развития.
