Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам субъектного состава рынка инноваций, его структуре и функциям. Субъекты инновационной деятельности непрерывно взаимодействуют друг с другом в рамках реализации инновационных проектов, процесс взаимодействия субъектов цикличен. Авторами рассмотрены концепции первостепенности спроса и предложения на рынке инноваций. Кроме того, рассматривается понятие внешней институциональной среды, которая представляет собой совокупность финансовых и нефинансовых институтов, содействующих развитию инновационной системы, которые могут быть частными, государственными и международными. Данная среда окружает рынок инноваций и по-другому может быть названа интегрированным научно-инновационным пространством.
