Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы обеспечения экономики региона рабочей силой. Проанализированы основные факторы, влияющие на формирование конкурентоспособной рабочей силы. Предложены практические рекомендации по регулированию демографических процессов, обеспечению сбалансированности спроса и предложения на рабочую силу, сокращению дисбаланса между системой профессиональной подготовки и реальными потребностями работодателей.
