Abstract

Статья посвящена сравнительной оценке качества сладко-сливочного несоленого масла различных производителей. В статье изучены органолептические показатели сладко-сливочного несоленого масла, проведены исследования по физико-химическим и гигиеническим показателям сладко-сливочного несоленого масла при различных сроках хранения.
