Abstract

В статье дана развернутая характеристика исследований в области малых групп и лидерства в них. Доказано, что: основные исследования малых групп проводятся с психологической и социальной позиций, в то время как в процессе деятельности малая группа приобретает новые свойства, имеет свою специфику и требует своих методов исследования; малая группа (команда) может эффективно функционировать только в автономном сегменте управленческого пространства и должна соответствовать требованиям этого пространства. Лидерство малой группы (команды) динамично и зависит от ситуации и этапа жизненного цикла дела, которым занимается коллектив организации; Концепция информационного метаболизма позволяет не только определять оптимальный состав группы под дело, но и управлять лидерскими отношениями.
