Abstract

Статья посвящена развитию теории массового обслуживания применительно к нестационарным системам. Авторами представлены результаты исследований интенсивности входных и выходных потоков покупателей в системе массового обслуживания торгового предприятия. Предложена экономико-математическая модель, разработана методика и программное обеспечение численного статистического моделирования, которые обеспечивают оптимизацию системы массового обслуживания при нестационарном входном потоке и переменных характеристиках системы. Возможности предлагаемого инструментария демонстрируются на примере реального торгового предприятия.
