Abstract

Рассматриваются проблемы современного развития научно-технического потенциала в субъектах Российской Федерации на примере Пермского края. Произведен сравнительный анализ индекса инновативности регионов России и организаций, занимающихся научными исследованиями, а также показана динамика формирования региональной законодательной базы в области развития науки и научно-технической политики. Выявлены основные проблемы развития научно-технического потенциала, снижающие инновационную активность предприятий, которые характерны не только для Пермского края, но и для других регионов Российской Федерации.
