Abstract

Для формирования механизма устойчивого развития экономики российских предприятий целесообразно выработать интегрированное процессным подходом к управлению представление о комплексном осуществлении реинжиниринга. Оно должно соответствовать современным условиям, а именно использованию стратегических методов управления, активному применению информационных технологий, процессному подходу к управлению деятельностью предприятий. Это позволит включить структурные подразделения и человеческие ресурсы предприятия в систему управления сетью взаимосвязанных бизнес-процессов предприятия и в процессы реинжиниринга.
