Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам оценки инновационных проектов малого бизнеса. Авторами выделены особенности задач принятия решений по финансированию малого инновационного бизнеса, в соответствие с которыми сформулирована основная проблема оценки инновационных проектов, а именно произвольное формирование системы критериев оценки. Введены понятия потенциала инновации, инновационного потенциала проекта, регионального инновационного потенциала проекта. Предложена авторская обобщенная иерархическая модель многокритериальной оценки малого инновационного бизнеса, на основании которой предлагается делать вывод о целесообразности и источнике финансирования инновационных проектов.
