Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам формирования стоимости строительной продукции. Авторами рассмотрены основные подходы к определению стоимости строительной продукции, которые влияют на механизм формирования стоимости строительной продукции и, соответственно, на ее составляющие. Авторы подробно рассмотрели вопросы об участниках инвестиционно-строительного процесса и формах их взаимоотношений, источниках финансирования инвестиционно-строительных проектов, стадиях инвестиционно-строительного проекта, ценах контрактов, методах определения сметной стоимости строительства, уровнях сметных цен и региональных особенностях определения цены на строительную продукцию.
