Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме формирования системы сбалансированных показателей для оценки эффективности деятельности промышленного предприятия. Авторами представлены три составляющих системы: традиционная финансовая составляющая, авторская финансовая составляющая, авторская нефинансовая составляющая. В рамках каждой составляющей представлена методика анализа и оценки основных показателей с использованием системы рейтингов. В заключение представлена логика проведения комплексной оценки эффективности управления промышленным предприятием с использованием системы сбалансированных показателей.
