Abstract

В статье проведен критический анализ применяемых методов оценки состояния трудового потенциала и показана их несостоятельность для решения многих управленческих задач. На основе современного представления о сущности трудового потенциала обосновано применение метода индексов ресурсов и метода контрольных вопросов для оценки его состояния. Представлен алгоритм расчета, выделены уровни состояния трудовых ресурсов, выявлены достоинства и недостатки предложенных методов.
