Abstract

Статья рассказывает о проблемах обеспечения качества и безопасности пищевой продукции и о негативных тенденциях последнего времени в сфере питания населения. В статье дана характеристика основных направлений деятельности государства и приведены данные анализа «Норм физиологических потребностей в энергии и пищевых веществах для различных групп населения Российской Федерации», утвержденных 18 декабря 2008 года в сопоставлении с Нормами 1991 года, выявившими возникшую заинтересованность государства в оптимизации новейших фундаментальных и прикладных исследований в области науки о питании и корректировке нормативных значений.
