Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам повышения конкурентоспособности научно-промышленного комплекса в условиях транзитивной экономики. Обоснована актуальность проблемы активизации фактора дизайна в решении проблем конкурентоспособности. Предложена методика оценки уровня развития дизайна в России. Разработаны концептуальные модели совершенствования механизмов НИОКР, а также комплексного позиционирования методов дизайна в системе обеспечения конкурентоспособности с учетом общемировых тенденций инновационного развития.
