Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам управления проектами на предприятиях с иерархической организационной структурой. Рассмотрены основные недостатки линейно-функциональной организационной структуры с позиции управления проектами на предприятии, приводятся рекомендации по совершенствованию процессов управления проектами на основе применения элементов матричной организационной структуры в структуре управления предприятия.
