Abstract

Статья посвящена разработке экономически содержательной и приемлемой на практике методики оценки эффективности лизинга с использованием результатов анализа денежных потоков. Авторами предлагается методика определения эффективности возвратного лизинга с позиции организации-реципиента, которая основывается на анализе составляющих модели движения денежных средств. Отмечены преимущества данного метода по сравнению с существующими способами оценки.
