Abstract

Формирование механизмов мотивации населения к инновационной деятельности и инновационному поведению одна из основных проблем социальноэкономического развития современной России, её решение невозможно без формирования качественной социальной среды, основным элементом которой является доступное и комфортное жильё. Для повышения доступности жилья для всех категорий граждан необходимо разработать инновационные институты жилищного рынка, повысить доступность ипотечных кредитов, снизить и перераспределить риски кредитования между участниками рынка, создать жилищный фонд социального использования.
