Abstract

В статье представлен анализ состояния рынка услуг общественного питания г. Челябинска. Авторами рассмотрена динамика изменения числа мест в предприятиях питания различных типов в семи административных районах крупнейшего города на основании дислокации предприятий на период 01.01.2002, 01.01.04, на 15.01.07. Основными критериями для изучения стали форма собственности предприятий питания, принадлежность предприятий к открытой (общедоступной) или закрытой сети.
